Prices are per session. There is nothing to prepay and no package you're expected to buy.
On-location sessions (your street, a trailhead, a patio) cost the same as in-home.
Bundles or a monthly option may be added later. If one appears, it will be here, with the same plain numbers.
What a typical path costs
Most people start with the call and the assessment. That's $125, or nothing.
After that you decide, one lesson at a time. Phillip will tell you at the end of the assessment how many sessions he thinks your dog needs and why, and he'll say "none" when that's the truth. How much practice happens between visits changes the answer more than anything he does.

Money questions
Why is everything priced per session?
Because nobody should have to commit to a $1,500 package before a trainer has met their dog. You pay for the assessment, get a plan and a recommendation, and then book lessons one at a time for as long as they're useful. If a bundle makes sense for you later, ask Phillip.
Is there a travel fee?
Not inside the five towns Phillip covers: Mooresville, Statesville, Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville. If you're a bit outside those, ask on the call; there may be a small addition for the drive, and he'll tell you before you book.
How do I pay?
At the session. Phillip will confirm the payment options with you on the call. You're never asked to prepay.
What if I need to cancel?
Life with a dog is unpredictable. Give as much notice as you can, and if the dog is sick or something's come up, say so. The details will be in the agreement you get before the first visit.
Do you offer a guarantee?
No trainer can honestly guarantee a living animal's behavior, so Phillip doesn't. What you get instead is a straight answer at every step, including 'you don't need another session' when that's true.
